Q. How can I apply for RBL Credit Card?
A. The bank allows you to apply online and offline for any of the RBL Credit Cards. To apply online, you can visit official website of the bank and from the credit cards section, select a card as per its eligibility and your requirements. Apart from this, you can also visit any of the nearest branches of the bank and ask an executive regarding the credit card application process.
Q. How can I set a transaction PIN for my RBL Credit Card?
A. You can set your 4-digit transaction PIN through three ways, i.e., through official website of the bank, RBL Bank mobile app or via customer care. To generate it via mobile app or online, login to the mobile app/ website using your credentials and click on ‘Set PIN’ option. Apart from this, you can call the RBL credit card customer care and set a PIN by following the instructions given by IVR.
Q. How can I register for RBL Credit Card e-statements?
A. The bank offers the facility of e-statements for all the credit cardholders, you will receive your credit card e-statement every month. However, you are required to opt for e-statements in order to avail this facility. To opt for this, you have to send an SMS as ‘GREEN’ to 5607011. The bank will process your request within 48 hours.
Q. Can I withdraw cash using my RBL Credit Card?
A. Yes, the bank allows you to withdraw cash from any ATM. However, for this, the bank charges a cash advance fee of 2.5% of the withdrawn amount or a minimum of Rs. 500. Therefore, it is advisable not to withdraw cash as it incur higher charges.

A. You can check your RBL Bank Credit Card limit either by logging in to your bank account or by reviewing your monthly statements. To login to your bank account, you can download the RBL Bank mobile app and check the available credit limit under the ‘Statement’ section. Apart from this, you can contact the RBL credit card customer care and ask the representative about your credit limit.
Q. Can I use my RBL Credit Card for international transactions?
A. Yes, you can use your RBL Bank Credit Card for international transactions. All you need to do is login to the mobile app and activate the card for international transactions. However, if you have a domestic card, then you have to send an SMS to the bank to upgrade your credit card. You can send an SMS as INTL to 5607011 and the bank will process your request within 24-48 hours.
