RBL Bank has set up a three-level mechanism to resolve credit card grievances.
First Level- Get in touch one of their phone banking officers by calling on the toll-free credit cards helpline. You can also send an email or write a letter to-

When writing these letters or emails, make sure you mention your full name, contact details and account details. A response will be sent to you within 10 days.
Second Level- If you are not satisfied with the response received in the first level, you can escalate the issue to the Head of Credit Cards Services. This can be done by writing an email addressed at- headcardservice@rblbank.com. It is important to quote the reference number allotted by the bank in Level 1.
Third Level- If the issue is still not resolved, the next step is to escalate it to the Principal Nodal Officer of Credit Cards department. Write an email to- principalnodalofficercards@rblbank.com. The postal address is-

If the final response is not received within 30 days of booking the complaint, the customer has the right to approach the Banking Ombudsman for an independent review on the matter.
RBL Bank Grievance Redressal for Other Banking Products
This is also divided into three levels-
First Level- Book your complaint or raise a query with the customer care department by calling on the toll-free number or by writing an email or letter. A reference ID will be generated at this level; you must keep it for further escalation of the issue.
