SBI Grievance Redressal Mechanism
If the customer is not satisfied with the resolution provided by the above mentioned channels, then the matter can be escalated by writing to SBI’s Branch Manager. You can contact the manager by downloading the Grievance redressal form from the website. Fill it and submit it.
If your grievance is not resolved within 10 days of registering the complaint through the aforementioned channels then you can escalate the issue to SBI’s Network Nodal Officer of your state/city. Given below is the list of Network Nodal Officers for each state is provided below.
