You are required to send the SMS from your registered mobile number to avail services like block your card, last payment status, balance enquiry and more. If you are not satisfied with the response shared by SBI Credit Card Customer Care within the stipulated time frame. The bank allows you to escalate your query to the nodal/ principal nodal officer. You will receive an Interaction ID at the time of escalating the issue. You can update your mobile number either by visiting the official website of SBI Card or by the SBI Card mobile app. To update your number through the official website, you can click here and enter your card number, CVV and DOB. After this, you will be asked to enter the OTP sent to your registered mobile number. Enter the OTP and you will get the option to update your mobile number or email id.
