- Insta Home Top Up Loan can be availed by existing home loan customers pre-selected for this loan scheme
- To avail Insta Home Top Up Loan, the value of existing home loan should be Rs. 10 lakhs or above
- Minimum residual tenure should be greater than 3 years
- Applicants should not have any existing Top-up loan
- Equitable collateral/security should be created in the underlying home loan
