Reward Points – Reward Points are earned in the following manner

• 5 Reward Points per Rs. 100 spent on CSD, Dining, Movies, Departmental Stores and Grocery Stores

Reward Points can be used to pay credit card’s bill. 1 Reward Point = Re. 0.25. Reward Points can be redeemed against various options present in the Rewards Catalogue.

Fuel Surcharge Waiver – Get up to Rs. 250 of fuel surcharge waiver per statement cycle on fuel purchases made between Rs. 500 and Rs. 3,000. Waiver can be availed at any fuel station in the country.

Insurance – Get free Personal Accidental Insurance Cover up to Rs. 2 Lakh. The service is provided by RuPay.

There are certain criteria that the credit card provider looks for in an applicant. These include credit score, age, monthly income, location, and so on.

To apply for SBI Credit Card, customers should be in the age bracket of 21-65 years and have a steady income.

Customers will also need to show certain documents to establish their identity, address and income. The income documents will also be used to set the credit limit on the credit card. Eligible documents are:

Proof of Identity	PAN Card, Aadhaar card, Driver’s License, Passport, Voter’s ID, Overseas Citizen of India Card, Person of Indian Origin Card, Job card issued by NREGA, Letters issued by the UIDAI
Proof of Address	Aadhaar card, Driver’s License, Passport, Utility Bill not more than 3 month’s old, Ration Card, Property Registration Document, Person of Indian Origin Card, Job card issued by NREGA, Bank Account Statement
Proof of Income	Latest one or 2 salary slip (not more than 3 months old), Latest Form 16, Last 3 months’ bank statement

Customers can apply for Shaurya SBI Card by visiting the nearest SBI Bank or with the help of a sales person. Customers will have to fill out a credit card application form and submit it along with passport size photos and photocopies of the required documents. SBI Card will then process the application and dispatch the credit card once everything checks out. The card will be delivered within 7 working days post-dispatch.

What is Shaurya SBI Card?
Shaurya SBI credit card is designed especially for the military personnel. Cardholders can get the card embossed with the navy, Army, Air force or Paramilitary’s insignia. The card provides accelerated reward points on everyday spends and even on CSD spends.

Can the card be used outside of India?
Yes, the Shaurya credit card can be used overseas. However, foreign transaction mark-up fee will be applied on all those transactions.

Who Provides the Personal Accidental Insurance Cover?
The complimentary personal accident insurance cover on Shaurya SBI card is provided by RuPay.
