In the incident of hospitalization of the insured individual in any of the network hospitals, he/she need not pay any money for availing the treatment up to the sum insured. Renewal Process of Chola Topup Healthline
Renewal can be processed within a period of 30 days from the expiry date of previous top up. In this process, there is provision of change in the Sum Insured. This increment, if any, would be issued in the form of a brand new top up.

In the incident of admission to a non-network hospital of Cholamandalam Insurance Company, you can avail the reimbursement for the expenses incurred in case you meet the terms and conditions applicable in your policy. Also, you will have to provide the necessary relevant documents supporting your claim for the same. Your claim will be accepted, and reimbursement will be done only after the verification of the submitted documents.
