Time Bound Grievance Redressal

UCO Bank follows an internal procedure under which all grievances and complaints lodged by customers have to be resolved under a specific time frame. The time frame for resolution of all complaints is as follows:

If any of the complaints are not addressed within the stipulated timeframe, and within a maximum of 21 days, the customer can take the matter to the Banking Ombudsman appointed by the RBI.
