The Union Rewardz Loyalty Program aims to provide maximum benefits to its members in the form of various gifts and vouchers which can be availed with the points earned. Points are credited on every eligible credit card transaction. The points that can be earned on eligible transactions are:

What are the requisites to become a member of the Union Rewardz Loyalty Program?
All Debit and Credit cardholders of Union bank are automatically enrolled as members of the Union Rewardz Loyalty Program. So, there are no additional requirements for enrolment.
For how long can one retain the reward points on a particular card?
The reward points stay valid for a period of 36 months from the date they are credited to the respective account. If the points are not redeemed within the stipulated time they become invalid.
What is the provision for cancellation of air tickets booked by using reward points?
The air tickets bought by redeeming reward points are non-refundable, non-transferable and non-changeable under any circumstances.
