- The Support section has three sections: Top Solutions, Customer Support and FAQ
- Top Solutions: This section covers the most commonly asked questions and reasons for complaint such as: “I am not able to add money” or “not able to recharge” etc. Customers can click on the relevant query or the one that best matches the query and a dropdown list of answers will appear.
