How to Activate YES Bank Credit Card

Customers must have YES Bank Net Banking credentials to generate PIN through Net Banking

1. Login to your YES Bank Net banking account
2. Select ‘Credit Cards’
3. Click on Register credit card and provide the necessary details
4. Now select Set/Reset PIN.
5. Provide a 4-digit PIN of choice. Then Click on ‘Submit’ again
6. An OTP will be sent to the registered mobile number
7. Enter the OTP to complete the activation

To activate credit card through mobile app, follow the instructions given below:

1. Download the YES Bank app from Play Store or Apple Store
2. Login using User ID and password, Customer info, or Debit Card and PIN
3. Set Application PIN and create MPIN (used to authorise Financial Transactions)
4. Now Login to the app
5. Select Account Services and then select Set/Reset PIN
6. Follow the instructions to generate PIN

I activated Mobile Application service, and now I don’t receive OTPs only through Email/ IVR. Why?
Activating OTP on Mobile application enables the OTP to be directly sent to your phone. Therefore, customer will not receive OTP on SMS, Email or IVR.

Can I reset my credit card PIN using online banking?
Yes, you can change your PIN through Net Banking facility. The procedure is the same for PIN change as that of PIN Generation. Hence, follow the steps listed above.
